Throughout Bruce’s carrier his main areas of focus have been in both leading and execution of new product creation, development & deployment; incorporating Advanced Systems Architecture, Radio communications & protocols, Signal Processing, Embedded and System Software, standardization activities and policy.
Holder of five patents in the areas of RF linearization techniques, Wireless Local Area Network Systems and Technology. Wi-Fi Now Hall of Fame inductee as Co-founder IEEE 802.11 & Early Wi-Fi Pioneer.
Dutch City (Nieuwegein) Medal for service to society in recognition of leading the development team receiving the IEEE Milestone Award that led directly to the formation of the IEEE 802.11 standard and establishment of the now ubiquitous Wi-Fi Industry.
