President and Founder

Michael Thelander is the President and Founder of Signals Research Group (SRG), a US-based research consultancy that offers thought-leading field research and consulting services on the wireless telecommunications industry.  

Vice President Strategy & Technology, CTO

Mr Ari Kynäslahti has a long career working at Nokia. He joined Nokia in the beginning of 1995 and has worked in many manager positions for example as Head of Mobile Networks Product Management and Head of LTE Product Management.

Professor, Electrical & Computer Engineering

Sundeep Rangan received the B.A.Sc. at the University of Waterloo, Canada and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. at the University of California, Berkeley, all in Electrical Engineering. He has held postdoctoral appointments at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and Bell Labs.

Research Area Director

Mikael Höök joined Ericsson in 1994 and has held various positions targeting the research and standardization of cellular generations from 2G to 5G-advanced. He is currently Research Area Director for Radio-research within Ericsson Research and based in Kista, Stockholm.

5G Technical Architect

Mike Millhaem works to develop new test architectures for emerging test requirements for infrastructure and user equipment.

Principle Engineer

Dr Emad Farag is a principle engineer at Samsung Research of America (SRA) leading 5G and 6G standardization research. Before joining SRA, Dr Farag had been with Nokia Bell Labs, Alcatel-Lucent and Lucent Technologies, working on base station modem architecture and algorithms.

Executive Director

Yoji Kishi received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan, in 1989 and 1991, respectively.,He joined Kokusai Denshin Denwa Company Ltd. (currently KDDI Corporation) in 1991, where he has been engaged in research and development on the operation planning of telecommunications networks.
