Colin is currently chairman of the board of the 6G Smart Networks and Services Industry Association (6G-IA), the vice-chairman of the board of the European Smart Networks and Services Joint undertaking (SNS-JU) and vice-chairman of the  European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) board.

Mr. Takehiro Nakamura joined NTT Laboratories in 1990. He is now Chief Standardization Officer in NTT DOCOMO, Inc.

KyungHi Chang is Chairman of 6G Forum, Executive Committee, and Chairman of Technology Committee for National Integrated Public Network. He has served as a Vice President at the KICS from 2017.
